1400 Lumens, 3 lights, wide angled. The Magicshine MJ-816 is the bestselling model because of its brightness and flexibility. The three light system means that there is a powerful 900 spotlight that throws illumination for half a mile directly in front of you. The two floodlights spread a further 500 lumens (250 lumens each) to give peripheral vision support. This combination will satisfy even the most demanding of riders and arduous of rides. The combination of three independent lights provides and overall smoother lighting experience. The Control Unit: The brightness can be varied from a low 5% of power all the way up to 100% in a smooth stepless curve. All of the controls can be adjusted by way of a thumb operated control system – mounted on the bars right next to you gear shifter. This means there is no need to remove hands for altering the lights – the command and control button is even illuminated for convenience and safety. The three lamp lighting system can easily be set up for short or long focus depending on the rider’s needs. Coloured LEDs on the control unit give a reading of remaining battery power. The colour changes as battery reserves are diminished Green 100%-75%, Blue 75%-50%, Yellow 50%-30%, Red 30%-5% and finally flashing red for less than 5%. Attachments: The thee lamps of the head unit are mounted on a single bracket that can then be fixed to any gauge of handlebar quickly by way of rubber O-rings. The battery is contained within a neoprene casing that attached directly to the frame with a secure Velcro strap. The Magicshine MJ-816 ships with an extension cable in the box to provide the maximum flexibility with positioning the battery pack. THE BOX CONTAINS
